Editorial Policy

How content on saadrazaseo.com is written, researched, checked, updated and corrected, including how AI tools are used.

Every guide on saadrazaseo.com is written to help you make a real decision about your website. This page explains who writes the content, how it is researched, how AI tools are used, and how mistakes get corrected.

Who writes this content

All articles are published under the name of Saad Raza, a Holistic SEO and content optimization specialist based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, with more than seven years of SEO experience. I am responsible for everything published on this site, and my name, photo and contact details appear on every article so you always know who is behind the advice.

How articles are researched

  • Official documentation first. Statements about how Google works are checked against Google Search Central, Google Business Profile help pages, web.dev and schema.org, and linked where it helps you verify them.
  • Hands-on experience. Advice comes from audits, fixes and campaigns I run for real websites. When I describe a scenario to illustrate a point, I say so.
  • No invented statistics. I do not publish percentages or study results unless I can name the source. If a number cannot be verified, it is left out.
  • No guarantees. Nobody controls Google’s rankings, so no article promises rankings, traffic or timelines.

How AI tools are used

I use AI tools to help with research, outlines, drafts and checks, in the same way I use crawlers and analytics tools. AI does not decide what gets published. Every article is reviewed against official sources and my own experience before it goes live, and I remain responsible for its accuracy. Content that exists only to fill pages, without adding something useful for the reader, does not belong on this site.

Keeping content up to date

Search changes quickly. Articles show the date they were first published and, when they have been meaningfully revised, the date of the last update. Older guides are reviewed and updated when Google changes its guidance, a tool changes, or advice in the article no longer holds. Outdated pages are updated, merged into a better guide or removed.

Corrections

If you spot an error, an outdated statement or a broken link, please email saadraza.wfh@gmail.com with the page address. Factual errors are corrected as soon as they are confirmed, and significant corrections are noted in the article.

Articles recommend tools, platforms and approaches because they fit the problem being discussed. Links are added to help you, not because anyone paid for them. Where an article refers to my own services, it does so openly, usually at the end, so you can decide for yourself.
